Algorithms to predict the presence/absence of specific unsafe entities in products that may be harmful to the consumers are developed in conjunction with the indicator variables.  

Sample Classes Segmentation Feature Extraction

We look for class differentiating variables/indicators within your data for each group of harmful entities identified in the Discovery Phase. For example, if allergens are present we can specify if its egg, wheat, soy, gluten etc.. We can also specify measurement variables/indicators differentiating different pathogen groups e.g. E.coli, salmonella, listeria; bacteria etc... all the way down to their strands.
